Miyamoto is a Japanese restaurant near my parents' place in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. My parents like to bring guests to dine there as the chef is skillful, professional and friendly. When we went visiting in March, the
chef A-Hsi prepared a wide range of food and seeing these photos again makes me hungry again:-)And the last photo is a dessert that delivers a well-balanced mixed flavours of sweet, sour, and salty - made of frozen caramelised tomato and pineapple- an unexpectedly appropriate end for such a feast.
