Prices of a crimper for network cables at the 3C shop Sunfar, Taiwan

A dishonest electrician (Mr. Wang) deceived my parents (in Taiwan) by lying that he could wire network cables around the house while he were unable to. After finishing an appalling job, he failed to test it. After we made an appointment with him again to fix the problem, he *forgot* the appointment. At his late arrival, he was arrogant thinking we didn't know nothing - but we soon discovered that he did not know the order of a network cable and his crimper was broken and hence all network cable plugs he made by that crimper were all defective. After we told him that problem, he found an excuse to go out to buy a new crimper. We've been waiting, and waiting for more than one hour. He came back and said he could not find one, despite all his effort in looking into all the shops around my parents' place. But the truth is, the SunFar 3C Shop next to my parents' place had several in stock (see photos below). This Mr. Wang has been wasting our time for the whole day, and in the end, he charged my parents for a bloody NT$8,000 - (a fair price would be $2,000). While I was pondering how to bring this criminal for justice, my parents have paid him - saying he had finished the job (by asking his friend to fix everything). /sigh
